Week of Miracles and Blessings

Last week with Hermana Rosas

Dear Whoever is reading this blog:

I hope all is going well for you guys. Things here are pretty good. This week was full of miracles and blessings. Which is good because the next few are going to be really hard. But it's all good, because the Lord knows what he is doing.

Monday we went shopping for Blazers because my comp only had 1 and the next day we were going to meet our new Presidente in a conference. So after all the normal Pday stuff, we went shopping.

Tuesday we met our president. He is pretty great from what I can tell. He is funny. He is a little bit older and told us he is going to be like our Grandpa. The conference was pretty short though because there was an emergency situtation in Mexcali and he had to go.

Wednesday district meeting and normal work day.

Thursday Planning Session, preparations and BAPTISM! We baptized E, who is the son of one of our AWESOME investigators, N. She can't get baptized yet, but it was so great for her to see her son get baptized.

Saturday Preparations and OTHER BAPTISM! C, who is the first investigator that Hna Rosas and I found together, got baptized. It was really spiritual and a great experience. It was a miracle too, because we weren't able to have appointments with her last week. She came to E's baptism and we talked to her a little and she was totally ready to be baptized. So we called the elders, they came and interviewed her and we got everything ready and she got baptized. It was so awesome.
Saturday in the night, the elders called with the news of our changes. Hermana Rosas got transferred to Tijuana- a barrio named The Gloria, I'm jealous. haha. I am still here in Ensenada. Now I am the senior companion of a disobedient missionary. The most famous missionary in all the mission of Mexico Tijuana. Without meeting her, I knew who she was and where she had been in the first month of my mission. Now she is my companion.. Should be a fun 6 weeks.

Yesterday was Hna Rosas's last day here, so we visited some converts investigators so that she could say goodbye. It was a sad day. We had a Noche de Hogar with our Investigator N and our convert C with the Hermana that accompanies us on the lessons with them. (Someone in our Gospel Principles class has started calling us las SuperAmigas.. we like it. haha) It was really sad. But good.

Today at 7:15 we had to be at he bus station to meet my new comp and send my old one to Tijuana. Since then we have been cleaning and arranging things in the house. Now you are all caught up.

That's all I have for this week. Wish you all a good week, Love you lots.
