Hermana Nielsen didn't write a blog letter this week, but in the brief messages we got from her she says she is doing well. The area she is in is small with lots of houses that look exactly the same. The weather is getting warmer but not as hot as Mexicali - or even as hot as St. George. She did send one brief message with a challenge for anyone who wants to participate:
I'm starting a challenge with the family. If anyone else wants to join, they are welcome. But I want each of one to send me one reference of a scripture every week. A reference of a scripture that you liked in your daily reading of the Book of Mormon. I'll send you guys one too. A while ago, I challenged TaiLey and Derick to start reading the BOM every day. They haven't been online to report to me so I don't know how they are doing. But I want to challenge everyone to be doing this. And send me one scripture every week. Love you all. Hope all is well for everyone.
Alma 5:45 and 46. I would put the entire scripture. But I only have it in Spanish. But I like this scripture because it shows that gaining your own testimony isn't always super easy. We have to work and do our part.
